Important
When you submit a query, your query content and any associated project context are transmitted to multiple AI providers for processing. Each AI provider processes your data according to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account or request deletion
- Project and Query Data: Retained until you delete the project or your account
- Uploaded Documents: Retained until you delete the document or associated project
- Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for operational purposes
Security Best Practice
We encourage users to export any valuable insights and delete sensitive project data after decisions are made. This aligns with our zero-trust security philosophy and minimizes data exposure risk.
5. Data Security
We implement the following security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- Row-level security in our database ensuring users can only access their own data
- Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with support for multi-factor authentication
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
